What must I do to join?
Joining Winners Circle is FREE. Just complete the registration process at the Guest Relations Desk and they will immediately issue you with an entry level Maroon Card. Alternatively, save time by filling out the application on-line, by clicking here and then visiting the Guest Relations Desk at Emperors Palace to complete the process in person.
The application form asks an awful lot of personal questions, what is this information used for?
We ask for personal contact details so that we can inform you of special events and offers. We also ask some questions about your personal preferences and interests, so that we are able to make you offers that will appeal to you. This information is entirely confidential and your privacy is protected.
I prefer not to receive mail from Emperors Palace, what must I do?
You may itemise your communication preferences on the Winners Circle Application Form, and you can change them at any time just by going to the Guest Relations Desk to update your profile. However, when you opt out of postal communication, you may lose valuable benefits: you will not receive Livia's Diary, and you will not be eligible for valuable bonus vouchers and invitations to special functions. The choice is yours.
I am only an occasional gambler, and will never earn a gold card – what benefit is there for me?
Winners Circle membership gives you FREE entrance and parking at Emperors Palace and that will save you R10 on every visit. Additionally, all members earn valuable discounts on shows and accommodation, and advance preferential booking for special packages and entertainment events.
Do I have to use my card when I play?
Using your card every time you play slots or tables is highly recommended. The only way you can earn a higher card status level or retain the one you have earned is to use your card when you play on slot machines or at the tables. Additionally, your slots play will earn Bonus Points when you play with your card. And finally, if you do not use your card when you play, you will miss out on your Bonus Benefits ... the choice is yours.
How can I earn a marble card?
The requirements for earning a Marble Card are based on play, and these requirements vary by game type. You can track your 30 day progress toward Marble card status via the Member Status Report, which is mailed monthly with Livia's Diary, and is available upon request at the Guest Relations Desk.
If you exclusively play slots, you can also estimate your progress toward Marble Card status by watching how many Bonus Points you accumulate in a 30 day period. If you earn 8 Bonus Points in a 30 day period, you will meet the requirements for a Marble Card.
What do I have to do to get a gold card?
The requirements for earning a Gold Card are based on play, and these requirements vary by game type. You can track your progress towards Gold Card status via the Member Status Report, which is mailed monthly with Livia's Diary, and is available upon request at the Guest Relations Desk.
If you exclusively play slots, you can also estimate your progress towards Gold Card status by watching how many Bonus Points you accumulate in a 30 day period. If you earn 36 Bonus Points in a 30 day period, you will meet the requirements for a Gold Card.
How long will my status card be valid?
Your Winners Circle card will be valid for one year from the date of issue, and during that time you will be eligible for all the status benefits associated with that card type. If, during that period, you become eligible for an upgrade to a higher status level, you will be issued with a new card that will be valid for 12 months.
What can I do with my bonus points?
Once you have accumulated Bonus Points, you can redeem your points at slot machines to purchase machine credits. 1 point equals R1.
Why is my ID required for all transactions?
To protect you and your Bonus Points, casino management requires proof of ID for every card transaction. This includes any form of identification that is accepted by the South African government: ID book, driver's license or Passport. This does not include international driver's licenses or any firearm license.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please report it to the Guest Relations Desk immediately. You will then be issued with a new card. Your new card will have the same status level and expiry date as the previous one. Found cards must be handed in at the Guest Relations Desk.

There are two types of accommodation discounts for Winners Circle Members. Based on the status level of your card, you are entitled to the following discounts at the following hotels pending availability:

Additionally, a 50% discount is offered to all Winners Circle Members on selected nights at selected hotels, pending availability. These special dates are called WINNERS CIRCLE NIGHTS, and are published monthly on the events calendar in Livia's Diary.
Advance booking is essential. Call Central Reservations on 0800 22 11 00 or 011 928-1928 to make your booking. Alternatively you may email a booking query (include your Winners Circle Member Number and a contact telephone number and your requested dates and the hotel to Emperors Palace Central Reservations.
To secure your Winners Circle rate, just present your Winners Circle Card, proof of ID, and a Credit Card at check in. The discount applies to accommodation only, and the offer is limited to one room per member per night.
Will my Winners Circle card work at other Peermont casinos?
Although accommodation discounts are available at all the Peermont properties, your Winners Circle card will only work at the resort it is issued. To arrange an additional card for a specific resort, please contact Winners Circle a few days in advance. Depending upon your recent play, your current status level will be honoured.
