Promotions Terms and Conditions

1.) GENERAL RULES

1.1) No person under the age of 18 is permitted to participate in any promotion;

1.2) Emperors Palace may vary or add to any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants,

1.3) To claim a prize, the winner must present valid identification documentation, Winners Circle Card for verification purposes

1.4) The form, mechanics and procedures of the promotion to which these are the general rules (“the promotion”) are subject to the sole and absolute discretion of the owner of the facilities in respect of which the promotion is operated (“the owner”);

1.5) Every winner is liable for all fees, including but not limited to licence fees, insurance costs, rates and taxes or any other costs relating to the prize from date of handover of the prize to the winner;

1.6) The following persons may not participate in the promotion –

1.6.1) Persons under the age of 18 years old, unless specifically determined otherwise by the owner in its sole and absolute discretion;

1.6.2) Any member, employee or director of the owner and its associated companies or any agent or consultant of the owner;

1.6.3) A spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate;

1.6.4) The Members and employees of the relevant gambling board under whose   jurisdiction the relevant casino in respect of which the promotion is held, if any, operates;

1.6.5) Any person in respect of whom the right of admission to the relevant premises has been withdrawn or who has self excluded himself/herself from gaming at the relevant premises;

1.6.6) Any other person or class of persons determined by the owner in its sole and absolute discretion;

1.6.7) The owner will not be liable to any person for any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of any employee of the owner, its agents or associates in respect of any aspect of the promotion;

1.6.8) Any claim for a prize will be subject to verification by or on behalf of the owner, whose decision will be final and binding on all parties concerned and no correspondence will be entered into;

1.6.9) The owner will be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant;

1.6.10) The final outcome of any dispute regarding any aspect of the promotion (including inter alia the interpretation of these rules) shall be finally determined by the owner in its sole and absolute discretion;

1.6.11) All decisions of Emperors Palace Management will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained;

1.6.12) All promotions are closed to employees of Peermont Global, their advertising agencies, contractors and suppliers of prizes and their immediate families;

1.6.13) Lost, defaced or mutilated tickets will not be accepted and/or replaced;

1.6.14) This promotion does not constitute an agreement or any form of legally binding commitment between the participant and Emperors Palace;

1.6.15) Emperors Palace will not be liable to anybody for any act or omission whether negligent or otherwise of any employee of Emperors Palace, it’s agents or associates in respect of any aspect of the promotion;

1.6.16) By entering this promotion, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the promotion;

1.6.17) Individuals with a Right of Admission Notice or a person who has self excluded himself/herself from gaming, forfeits any privileges that they may have to participate in this promotion and his/her draw tickets will be null and void;

1.6.18) In the event of a dispute regarding the promotion or any of these rules the decision of the Chief Operating Officer of Emperors Palace or his authorised representative will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

2.) BINGO ROULETTE GENERAL RULES  

2.1) The guest is to complete the top copy and hand the duplicate to the promotions staff member to verify prior to the first ball being spun;

2.2)  Tickets will be numbered stationary and in duplicates. The guest will keep the top copy (original), the duplicate will be retained by the promotions staff member for reconciliation purposes;        

2.3) Tickets are not refundable    

2.4) Guest to insert one unique number from 0 to 36, as per the roulette wheel, into each of the nine grids on the ticket;

2.5) No tickets will be accepted after the first ball has been spun;

2.6) An Emperors Palace Dealer will spin the ball;

2.7) A number only qualifies once. Should the same number be spun more than once, the dealer will re-spin until a new number is spun;

2.8) The promotions staff member will record the numbers spun on a control Sheet;

2.9) The number spun will be indicated on a display board for guests;

2.10) The first person to achieve all 9 numbers will win the Jackpot;

2.11)  A dealer will spin the wheel until a winner is announced;

2.12) It is the responsibility of the guest to make him/her known to the promotions staff member MC as a winner;

2.13) The promotions staff member and a Security Officer will verify the validity of the Bingo Roulette ticket, before awarding the prize

2.14) Tickets with amended/altered/tampered numbers will be disqualified;

2.15)  Should there be more than one winner, the prize will be equally divided between winners;

2.16) Any corrections must be authorized and signed by the promotions staff member on duty before the tickets are collected,

3.) BINGO ROULETTER TUESDAY AND THURSDAY

3.1) Tickets will be sold at R10-00 each from the Cash Desk on promotion days only;

3.2) Tickets bought are non-refundable;

3.3) Sales of the promotion ticket on the promotion day will be added to the base jackpot of R1000-00;

3.4) Ticket sales will open from 09h00 and close at 11h30 on promotion days only;

3.5) The first person to achieve 9 numbers before 21 spins will win the Jackpot;

3.6) Should there be no winner after 20 spins, the jackpot rolls over to the following promotion day;

3.8) The dealer will continue to spin until a winner is determined for the Consolation Prize;

3.7) The consolation prize of R1000 in chips will be awarded to the winner;

3.8)  The consolation prize of R1000 will be disbursed from the jackpot pool;

3.9) It is the responsibility of the guest to make him/herself known to the promotions staff member / MC as a winner;

4.) BINGO ROULETE WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY

4.1) Tickets will be sold at R20-00 each from the Cash Desk on promotion days only;

4.2) Sales of the promotion ticket on the promotion day will be added to the base jackpot of R5 000-00;

4.3) Ticket sales will open from 09h00 and close at 17h00 on promotion days only;

4.4) The guest is to complete the top copy and hand the duplicate to the promotions staff member to verify;

4.6) A player will be allowed to call Bingo anytime during the promotion as long as he/she has a full set of 9 numbers;

4.7) The first person to achieve 9 numbers before 21 spins will win the Jackpot;

4.8) Should there be no winner after 20 spins, the jackpot rolls over to the following promotion day;

4.9) The dealer will continue to spin until a winner is determined for the Consolation Prize;

4.8)  The consolation prize of R1000 in chips will be awarded to the winner;

4.9)  The consolation prize of R1000 will be disbursed from the jackpot pool;

4.10) It is the responsibility of the guest to make him/herself known to the promotions staff member / MC as a winner;

5.1) Offer valid to Winners Circle members only;

5.2) To qualify register for a Winners Circle card at Guest Relations, valid ID, Passport or Drivers License will be required;

6.) NU METRO DISCOUNTS

6.1) To qualify for the Nu Metro Discount you need to be an existing Winners Circle member or you can sign up at Winners Circle;

6.2) To register you need your valid drivers licence, ID or passport

·         Pay R35 only (Save R30) per 3D movie ticket
·         Offer valid from Monday – Thursday for up to 4 tickets only

Silver:
·         Pay R25 only (Save R23) per 2D movie ticket
·         Pay R40 only (Save R25) per 3D movie ticket
·         Offer valid from Monday – Thursday for up to 4 tickets only

Maroon:
·         Pay R30 only (Save R18) per 2D movie ticket
·         Pay R45 only (Save R20) per 3D movie ticket
·         Offer valid from Monday – Thursday for up to 4 tickets only
