Platinum and gold selling Greek singer, Antonis Remos is back in South Africa and ready to set the stage at Emperors Palace ablaze with his harmonious voice on 7 May. His captivating stage performance is known to make fans weak at the knees and fall in love with him all over again.
Remos' music is famous among the Greek community around the world and because of the success of his 16 year career and the overwhelming support from his South African fans, he chose the Palace of Dreams as his tour destination. Fans can expect music from his numerous platinum selling albums, like One Night Only and You Are My Entire World. The Greek sensation was born in Dusseldorf, Germany where he lived for the first 10 years of his life before permanently settling in Greece in 1980. He developed a love for music at an early age and at the age of 15 was involved in a music project at school and started playing the guitar.
Remos has remained top of the Greek music charts since his debut during Easter of 1995 in Athens when he performed a show in his hometown with artists Dimitris Mitropanos, Stephanos Korkolis and Mario Tokkas. Remos' fame soared and has captured the hearts of many due to his finesse and wit on stage. Last year he had sold out concerts to his Antonis Remos World Tour in Canada, Australia and North America. This May he is bound to perform in front of a sold out South African crowd and transform the stage at the Centre Court into a Greek spectacle.
