One of the most loved Greek artists, Lefteris Pantazis, will perform in the Centre Court at Emperors Palace with the sensational Dimitris Kokotas at an exclusive concert on 1 October 2011.
Often called by the nickname Le-Pa, Lefteris Pantazis, began singing professionally in the mid – 1970’s and released his first record in 1979. Born to Pontic Greek parents, Pantazis has created his own unique sound that fuses modern pop and traditional country folk music. His music cannot be described in one genre and is typically called “Laiko” in Greek. Fans will be mesmerised by this Greek superstar when he performs his biggest hits, including The most beautiful girl in the world.
Born in Athens, Dimitris Kokotas, the son of famous Greek singer Stamatis Kokotas, released his very first album, Diadosis in 1994. The album reached gold status in Athens. Dimitris Kokotas has been recognized as one of the most talented singers of his time. Pantazis and Kokotas will be joined on stage by Kostandina Chitou, Doukisa Fragkopoulou, Gerasimos Dimou and belly dancer Anastasia Giousef.
