Five fab February finds: Emperors Palace events

Emperors Palace tops the hit list of places to be this month, with a sizzling line-up of events including international superstar Sean Kingston, the brilliant Nataniël, a brand new Greek Film Festival; the Emperors Palace Cycle Classic and City Heat.
The stage spectacular, City Heat will be performed in the Odeon Showbar, Wednesdays to Saturdays until March 2011. This fast-moving, high paced energy show combined with a talented cast, beautiful costumes and great music is undoubtedly a must-see. Tickets are R65 per person and can be purchased at the door.
The Emperors Palace Cycling Classic Race on 5 and 6 February is set to take Gauteng cyclists by storm. Presented by Edenvale Peddlers in association with Cyclingnews, the Rotary Club of Edenvale and Sweat and Gears this road race is not to be missed. South-African singer, songwriter and entertainer, Nataniël returns to the Theatre of Marcellus stage with his latest show spectacular, COMBAT from 17 February to 26 March. Over the past decade the talented artist has not only established himself as producer, director, designer, playwright and public speaker, but is South Africa's leading exponent of the solo stage act. An outspoken and controversial figure, Nataniël continuously crosses over from the alternative circuit to the main stage, and this new show will be another event "not to be missed". Tickets start from R135 per person.
Emperors Palace presents superstar Sean Kingston, in association with MXit and Omusic.com for 2 shows only on 25 and 26 February in the Centre Court. The Miami-born, Jamaican-raised sensation bolted up the radio and retail charts with hits like "Beautiful Girls" and "Eenie Meenie". Don't miss this phenomenal international performer. Emperors Palace is excited to announce that it is hosting its first-ever Greek Film Festival. In association with The Lyceum Club of Greek Women under the auspices of the Greek Embassy and assisted by the Federation of Hellenic Communities and Societies, Emperors Palace will be hosting a three-day Greek Film Festival at the luxurious Nu Metro Cinemas from 1 to 3 March 2011. The Greek Film Festival will premiere with the incredibly popular drama "Nisos" starring Costa Voutsa and Eleni Kastani. It's followed by the family comedy "O lias tou 16ou" starring Petros Phillipidis and the romantic comedy "Molis Xorisa" with Zeta Makripoulia. Tickets for the Greek Film Festival will be available through the Lyceum Club of Greek Women, the Federation of Hellenic Communities and the Greek Sporting Club.
