Graceland focuses on fun this February

Peermont’s Graceland Hotel Casino and Country Club in Secunda, Mpumalanga, is celebrating this month with an exciting variety of entertainment, accommodation and dining promotions.
For Valentine's Day, the resort is offering an amazing accommodation deal at the Peermont 4-star Walmont Hotel at Graceland. For R605 per adult sharing, couples can enjoy luxury accommodation with scenic views, a romantic dinner for two at the southern styled Blue Bayou restaurant and an enjoyable breakfast the next morning. Couples will also be spoilt with a pampering basket, consisting of bubble bath, bath salts and chocolates during the Valentine's Day weekend.
Graceland remains the perfect destination for families while mom and dad celebrate Valentine's Day in the lap of luxury, children can entertain themselves with the variety of activities from swimming to gaming. The Lime Light Theatre will be featuring block busters like Avatar, Sherlock Holmes, Astro Boy and Alvin and the Chipmunks with daily screenings at 14:30, 17:30 and 20:30 for R10 per person.
The entertainment lineup in February includes the launch of the Miss Sexy Legs Pageant open to anyone over the age of 18. The pageant will be held at Buffalo Bills every Wednesday evening and hopefuls can enter upon arrival. "Every Wednesday, the winner and 2nd runner up will take part in the finale which happens on the 25 February 2010. On this night, the winner will walk away with R3000 in cash, R250 Buffalo Bills voucher and a 2-night stay at the luxurious 4-star Peermont Walmont hotel," says Austin.
For guests looking for a bit action this month, the Graceland Fight Zone is the place to be with martial arts champions putting their skills to the test during a no-rule fighting event taking place on 6 February 2010. For R120 at the door and R100 for pre-booked tickets, martial arts fans can witness some of South Africa's best fighters putting on an amazing show in the Graceland Arena.
It's food galore at Graceland this February with American Café, Augusta Lounge and the fine dining restaurant Blue Bayou offering guests the best meal offers in town. "Our restaurants offer a variety of food at unbeatable prizes with meals on the go and fine dining on offer. For every adult main meal ordered, American Café offers a free kids' meal for kids 12 years old and younger and the Blue Bayou continues to offer the famous Sunday lunch carvery at R95 per person," says Austin.
On the 27 of February, Graceland will run a blood drive where companies and guests will be invited to donate blood. The event will be jam packed with entertainment for all to enjoy.
